What country do you feel bad for?

Venezuela
In 2001, Venezuela was the richest country in South America. It has the largest oil reserve in the world, yes, larger than the oil reserve of Saudi Arabia.
But despite having such large oil reserve, Venezuela is on the crisis and has already became one of the poorest nation in the world.
People now in Venezuela have to search for their next meal in the garbage.
Malnutrition is so common. The average Venezuelan has lost 24 pounds in the past year.More than 300,000 children are at risk of dying from malnutrition.
“In fact, the situation in Venezuela is so dire that the Secretary General of the Organization of American States recently said that newborns in Syria have a better chance of survival than those born in Venezuela today.”
Inflation has climbed so rapidly. $1 is equivalent to 248,520 bolivar(currency of Venezuela). The currency is basically worthless.
It has the highest crime rate in the world. More than 40 percent of Venezuelans report been robbed in the last year. Murder rate has been growing rapidly.
Once recognized as the nation of beautiful women’s, the poverty rate of Venezuela is more than 85%.
Despite having such huge oil reserve, Venezuela is still a poor country and I feel very bad for them.
