Given that history is written by the victors, how can we be sure that the Allies were the good guys in WW2?

The Allies weren't exactly the bad guys, and were fighting Hitler for good, but they weren't saints. Let's take a look.

During and after the Battle of Berlin, Russian soldiers raped women from 8 to 80 years old.

Hell, the women sometimes were raped several times. Even 70.

Now, before you go to the comments and say: bat dah germhans alzo dyd atrhozytyes.

I'm well aware of this. My point is that the allies were not saints at all.

There was also a minority of rapes coming from French and U.S soldiers during the ocupation.

Stalin starved Ukranians, Northern Caucasus, Volga Region and Kazakhstan.

The Soviets never respected those that weren't communists, just like the Nazis didn't respect those that weren't National Socialists.

The French soldiers during the occupation of the Rhineland in 1923, before WW2, killed 130 civilians due to protests against them.
